About the event
Hello out there! The After Hours Big Band has lost several engagements this summer to COVID 19. We miss performing and we miss our fans. But we're still here! We are developing ways to present virtual performances. As a start, an experimental small group within the band has created a video performance of Freddie Hubbard's "Red Clay," a cool-jazz classic. It's on YouTube at https://youtu.be/htoeYybgOjc. Produced by Michael Kearns and Greg Cox. Have a listen -- it's just a start, but the band is enthusiastic about doing more, and we will bring you updates as we prepare for the day when we can croon and create in person for you again.
